The Need

BramhaCorp Ltd., one of the leading and pioneering real estate brands in Pune came up with another landmark creation. This time it was designer homes at New Kalyani Nagar, Pune. To achieve this goal, the Company got associated with Bentley Home - Europe’s leading luxury furniture makers. Moreover, this was the first time that this world renowned brand would be making its presence in Asia. The project was distinct and the campaign had to be outstanding too.

The Idea

There’s no doubt this project was path breaking and was poised to attract connoisseurs of lifestyle from Pune as-well-as Mumbai. The overall communication had to represent a life beyond lifestyle and splendor. To achieve it, the copy was kept minimal and visuals were allowed to interpret the concept and narrate the story. Ninety percent of media mix consisted of hoardings and social media. And for the launch, full page jacket ads were planned in Pune, Mumbai and other prominent cities in Maharashtra. Nonetheless, we also came up with a video to depict the unparalleled life one would live in these designer homes.

The Result

It can be said that the launch was received enthusiastically like a release of a blockbuster. Though the client’s splendid experience center was huge with five sales offices, it couldn’t accommodate 200+ enthusiastic homebuyers on the very first day. As anticipated, these homebuyers were attracted by the hoarding and social media communication. However, we anticipate that the number of customers will multiple once the video is launched online and in the cinema halls.
