The Need

In September 2017, Jupiter Hospital completed 10 years of operation in Thane. The hospital wanted to come up with a campaign to commemorate the occasion in a big way. How to celebrate, yet turn the whole exercise into a visible awareness campaign that took care of the increasing competition and helped secure better business.

The Idea

In the 10 years of operation, the hospital had managed to introduce new technology, the best doctors and the latest in healthcare. But more important than that, it had gained the trust of the people of Thane, and the surrounding suburbs. A campaign thanking the people - who were the real reason for its success and growth - was the best way to celebrate reaching the milestone. This helped not only give back to the community for its trust and patronage, but also made a larger base of relatively newer people aware of Jupiter's status as a trusted healthcare brand and a titan in the field as compared to newcomers and other players.

The Result

The direct campaign thanking the people who trusted Jupiter with their health was a great success. Not to be lightly taken too, were the free health camps that were organized as part of the anniversary commemorative campaign. This was what made more people look at Jupiter as a giant healthcare facility that was just as easily approachable as the local doctor - but which provided a mammoth range of services and treatments, all under one roof. The end line was that this campaign not only increased the feel-good factor in favor of Jupiter, but it also brought in a greater influx of new patients, which even now is on
